We do have the ability to support your computer needs remotely. This means that we connect to your computer and solve problems right from our office. We collect payment during the session. Connection and solution is normally $49.00.

Remote Connection is not a solution for everything, hardware failures, virus infection or having a hard time connecting to the internet would be good examples of things that would not be easily resolved via a remote connection.

We Also use remote connections for our customers who have Monthly Maintenance contracts and our business customers who have monthly monitoring needs.
